OUR STORY
How We Started
What began as one guy with an old Ford, a shovel, a sledgehammer, and one hell of a work ethic has turned into the family business. In 2023, we decided it was time to do something different. 3 years in and we’re just getting started.
OUR APPROACH
How We Work
Wes has been a superintendent on many complex and time-sensitive projects. Dirt and concrete are something he has years of experience self-performing. He leads his crews with integrity and a no-BS way of doing things. If something is wrong, he fixes it. His knowledge of building projects from start-to-finish gives him the insight to ensure a smooth building process from beginning.

We met in a double wide trailer on a jobsite and we just can’t seem to stay away from them. Ashley graduated from NMSU with a Civil Engineering Degree in 2017 and a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Law in May of 2026. Building is all we know – except for yoga. Ashley does a lot of that, too.
We have two kids, Westley (6) and Kelly (2) that are our reasons for doing all of this. Family over everything.
